Exercise: good for you, even if a weekend warrior
A recent nationwide cohort study found that active physical activity, either as a "weekend warrior" or by regular activity, is associated with similarly decreased all-cause and cause-specific mortality (see exercise wkend warrior does well jamaintmed2022 in dropbox or doi:10.1001/jamainternmed.2022.2488).
